Screen Printing

Screen Printing is one of the oldest methods of printing and it is still being used today to print a variety of items like apparel and signs. It is done by coating a mesh screen with waterproof emulsion and creating a stencil (an area of open mesh, not coated with emulsion). Ink is passed through the stencil (open mesh area), most often using a squeegee, and directly onto a substrate such as a t-shirt or any other type of garment. Manual equipment are used but we at Printeez only use automatic equipment for optimal results.

When we talk about t-shirt printing, every print is different. We only use the most cutting edge screen printing equipment technology and the highest quality screen printing inks to print your design. Our level of experience and knowledge acquired over the years ensures that each and every order will have the right colours, perfect design placement, and will never fade or crack in the washing machine.

Hybrid Printing

We use a special hybrid style of printing in which we use a discharge underbase with our special soft reduced down plastisol inks on top.

Screen printing discharge

Discharge

Discharge printing is the softest method to use. The process basically bleaches out the dye out of the shirt, leaving its natural color showing through (usually a tan color). We can also PMS match discharge ink.

water based screen printing t-shirt

Water based

Water base inks are eco-friendly and water soluble. The ink absorbs to the fibers of the garment achieving a soft hand touch. Water base inks are considered premium and desirable for achieving a high-end look.
